Scheduling

Classes are booked at times that suit the student. We work 24/7 across time zones.

Trial class

The first 30-minute class is free with no commitment.

Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a class.

Payments

Bundles and monthly plans are paid in advance. Payment options are shared on WhatsApp.

Progress

Tutors give regular feedback and parents can ask for a progress update at any time.

Changing tutors

If the match is not right, we will arrange another tutor.
